Brett recently completed his first marathon ruck (carrying weight) and did it in a very unique way, and for a very unique reason. Going through tough times can cause us to do some crazy things. For Brett, he decided to turn his focus to completing his very first marathon with less than 7 weeks of training. He also shares how and why he decided to up the difficulty and challenge for himself.
